first impressions VISUAL Jumin has black hair, grey eyes, and fair skin. He's said to be incredibly handsome; even Zen calls him "Korea's most eligible bachelor". He is often seen wearing a three-piece suit. He would probably wear a three-piece suit to a children's birthday party. His casual clothes are preppy in style. AURAL Voiced by Shin Yongwoo. Samples: one, two. His voice is smoky and lacks variety in tone. It can be authoritative and somewhat intimidating. His speech patterns make him seem posh, intellectual, and older than he actually is. OLFACTORY idk Chanel DEMEANOR Jumin carries himself with dignity and sophistication to the point of arrogance. He is also formal and businesslike even as he throws shade at you. He tends to suppress his emotions, especially under pressure, and he's gotten so good at it that you wouldn't even know they existed. He comes off as guarded and introverted, often crossing his arms as he speaks. He sometimes adjusts his cuffs as a nervous habit. He types properly and comes off as an old man online, but with more... cat speech bubbles... ic permissions PHYSICAL AFFECTION He probably won't do or appreciate a lot of this unless it's with a close friend. He especially doesn't like advances from women. He'll be a problem when he starts falling in love with someone, though. Everything suddenly turns into a K-Drama. Kabedons! Sudden kisses! Ridiculously expensive gestures of affection because he doesn't know how else to do this! PHYSICAL VIOLENCE I'd rather he didn't get into more trouble than necessary since he's defenseless without his bodyguards, so let me know first! Unless your character is hitting him for being a moron. That's fair. DEATH I'm not too keen on letting this happen to him, but I'm willing to talk about it! RELATIONSHIPS ICly, it will be difficult since he doesn't go out of his way to look for friendships, let alone love. That said, aside from a sliiiight preference for m/f, I'm willing to play absolutely anything! PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION Go ahead and read his mind! He's often brutally honest though. MAGICAL INFORMATION He's completely non-magical. He would be very interested in magic, though. Please note that magic doesn't exist in his canon... MEDICAL INFORMATION He's fit and has normal eyesight. OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS Jumin can be extremely possessive and obsessive in a ship to the point that he contemplates trapping his significant other in his penthouse... forever... If this is something you are uncomfortable with, be warned! It can definitely be worked into something healthier if your character is willing to be patient and understanding with him. ooc permissions SHIPPING Yes. I'm okay with cross-canon, too. Among castmates, I prefer Jumin/MC and Jumin/Zen in that order. Please melt his cold black chaebol heart. It's the entire point of his route, tbh. SMUT I'm okay with writing smut, but with Jumin it depends on the scenario and how I'm feeling at the time. Just ask! BACKTAGGING I tend to backtag into forever since I'm on GMT +8, but I'll let you know if I want to handwave/drop a thread. I'm generally on the slow side, but I can boomerang when I'm online and free! THREADHOPPING Completely okay with it as long as it isn't too important a thread.
